Forefront Concierge Medicine is a premier, membership-based concierge medical and performance practice serving Florida's most accomplished professionals and families. Our members pay $7,500–$20,000 annually for proactive, preventative, and personalized healthcare. We operate with a luxury hospitality mindset, a low 75:1 patient-to-staff ratio, and a deep commitment to helping people live and perform at their best.
Overview
We're looking for a sales-driven professional who can thrive in a sophisticated, relationship-based environment — someone who wants to build a business within a business and grow into a key leadership role as we expand across the Gulf Coast.
This is not a traditional sales job. It's a high-trust, high-impact role suited for someone who's ambitious, polished, and deeply connected to the local community. You'll be supported by a senior producer with extensive success, but you'll be expected to generate your own leads, drive your own results, and build genuine relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do
· You need to be a leader and make things happen. We are looking for doer and a rainmaker, not an order taker.
· Build relationships with affluent professionals, executives, and retirees (ages 40–75) across Sarasota, (secondary focus: St. Pete, and Tampa.)
· Generate new memberships through direct outreach, including calls, email, and LinkedIn.
· Organize, plan and represent Forefront at community events, private gatherings, and networking venues (country clubs, yacht clubs, charitable functions).
· Host and organize local events and meetings to introduce Forefront's services — typically one meeting closes a membership.
· Collaborate with physicians and marketing teams to plan talks, podcasts, and events that expand brand visibility.
· Use technology and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads, track activity, and report on results.
Ideal Candidate
· 3+ years of professional outside sales experience, ideally in financial services, real estate, or insurance.
· Polished, confident, and articulate communicator — comfortable engaging with executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
· Startup mentality. I can do attitude. Building systems and processes are required. Everything that is about growth is part of your job.
· Proactive networker who knows how to build relationships in the Sarasota–Tampa–St. Pete community.
· Tech-fluent: experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot), LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and AI tools.
· Ambitious and career-oriented — eager to grow with the company as we expand into new markets.
· Works best with autonomy, thrives on accountability, and loves the chase of closing business.

Compensation & Structure
· Salary: $72,000
· Realistic first-year earnings: $100,000–$200,000+
· Second-year potential: $150,000–$250,000+
· No commission cap + ongoing residuals on renewals
