Thrive Pelvic Therapy is a boutique, cash-based pelvic floor practice serving Lancaster & Chester Counties. We offer one-on-one, 55–60 minute sessions in patients' homes and in our Honey Brook clinic — with full clinical autonomy, zero insurance restrictions, and a supportive team culture.

We are expanding and seeking a Physical Therapist who wants meaningful, high-impact work with flexibility, mentorship, and a collaborative environment centered around women's health.

About the Position

We are hiring an energetic, patient-centered Physical Therapist for a hybrid pelvic floor role:

  • 60% mobile/home visits throughout Lancaster County
  • 40% in-clinic at our Honey Brook location

You'll help women with pelvic pain, urinary leakage, prolapse, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, diastasis, and more — using a whole-body, evidence-based approach with time to treat properly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 pelvic floor physical therapy both in clinic and in patients' homes
  • Conduct comprehensive pelvic health evaluations
  • Create and progress individualized care plans
  • Provide education, empowerment, and home program guidance
  • Manage your schedule and travel between home visits
  • Document clearly and efficiently (no insurance burden)
  • Collaborate with a small, uplifting team

Who You Are

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Passionate about pelvic health (experience helpful but not required)
  • Empathetic, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable traveling between home visits
  • Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
  • Able to lift ~35 lbs (portable treatment equipment)

Position Details

  • Schedule: Flexible — Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, or Per Diem
  • Hours: 30–40/week if full-time
  • Location: Hybrid — 60% home visits, 40% Honey Brook clinic
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
