Olive Hill Group is a investment firm in Los Angeles. We are seeking an Office Manager to manage our office operations and support the team with administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Mon- Friday, 9am - 5:30pm in our Culver City office
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of our workplace, including scheduling, supply management, IT, and coordination with other offices.
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff
  • Travel planning and booking
  • Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets
