This is a Sr. Graphic Designer Freelance Contractor position.In this role, you will work closely with our creative team to design a range of materials for digital and print. You'll contribute to various projects, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, landing pages, and apparel design. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, is proficient in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and shows a solid understanding of design principles in their work.

Compensation:

  • $70-100/ hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Produce innovative and beautiful design solutions
  • Mentor junior members of the team regarding work, inspiration, best

practices, and creative output
- Collaborate with creative/marketing team members to create campaign-level work across multiple channels and customer touch-points
- Create digital graphics, social content, and marketing collateral consistent with our brand practices, and creative output
- Take independent initiative in finding ways to deploy and maintain our brand standards

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or strong portfolio demonstrating killer past work and experience
  • 7+ years work experience growing brands either with a studio or in-

house
- Expert knowledge of typography, brand systems, web design, color theory, and composition. Skills in motion and illustration is a bonus
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Able to art direct and be multi-

disciplinary
