Your Impact

  • Deliver in-home ABA therapy that reflects your values and expertise.
  • Lead and mentor RBTs in providing high-quality, ethical care.
  • Manage your caseload, schedule, and team your way.
  • Build and scale your own independent ABA practice with Headstart's full support system.

What You'll Need

  • Active BCBA certification and current state licensure.
  • At least two years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered service delivery.
  • Must live within the state listed in this posting.
