Job Overview

MATERIALS PLANNING SUPPORT II will be working as part of a team in the shipping and receiving area. Supports planning and coordinate with the scheduling of materials procurement and delivery processes.

Job Requirements
  • Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
  • Plans, schedules, and monitors of the movement of material, including managing inventory and cycle counts. 
  • Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
  •  Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Follows shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
  • Documenting recording the movement of goods internally and externally, using SAP, Storing the materials in proper places and preventing damage.
  • Support ITCO request, Import and export classification by working with Global Trade Services. Knowledge of JCAPP and Restrict Party Screening.
What your background should look like

Typically requires 2 or more years of experience in related work experience.

Completion of high school or GED is required.

Experience in SAP required.

COMPENSATION

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,000 – $65,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
