Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients to support their hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the business services industry.
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery, aligning with company values and client expectations.
