Role Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented
Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist
to join our client's growing team. In this role, you'll process customer orders, provide timely updates, and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy helping people, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders, deliveries, and updates.
  • Provide information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve order or service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage returns, credits, and order adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate order documentation.
  • Support sales efforts and build positive customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or order entry.
  • Experience using
    SAP or similar ERP systems
    preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay:
    $23 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
