● Mid-Level Attorneys – Experienced litigators ready to independently manage matters, argue motions, and build client relationships.

● Senior Attorneys – Proven advocates prepared to lead strategy, mentor associates, and oversee complex litigation matters.

Your Role

Depending on experience level, you will:

● Manage and drive litigation matters from intake through resolution

● Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice

● Lead client strategy sessions and settlement discussions

● Supervise drafting staff and mentor junior team members

● Collaborate within high-performance legal "pods" supported by paralegals, assistants, and offshore professionals

Requirements

● Active California Bar license (additional states a plus)

● Litigation experience (1+ years for Associate level; 8+ for Senior/Partner-Track)

● Exceptional writing, advocacy, and communication skills

● Tech-savvy and organized; comfortable with structured systems and KPIs
