What you'll do

  • Operate equipment such as forklifts.
  • Manage inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Execute picking and packing duties, preparing orders for shipping with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize stocking and distribution processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying all inbound and outbound shipments.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with packaging processes and materials handling techniques.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with order picking systems.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Certification for operating forklifts or other machinery is highly desirable.
