Requirements

  • Bachelors in a business-related field
  • Non-Profit Industry experience
  • 3+ years Strong month End & Financial Statement prep experience

The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting a range of accounting processes including accounts payables, general ledger, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, month end, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts and various other general ledger accounts, as needed
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and internal management reports for leadership and program teams
  • Assist in preparing grant-specific financial reports and invoice
