Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious meals following our recipes and menu, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary
Skills
  • Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment
  • Experience in food handling and preparation
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
  • Menu planning skills are a plus
