We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payments Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Morph by building and managing strategic partnerships. The key focus is on identifying and engaging high-quality partners within the web3 payments and fintech sectors.

This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic individual who excels at relationship-building, project coordination, and has a strong understanding of the Web3 payments landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Partnership Building: Identify, screen, and engage high-quality project partners in web3 payments and finance/fintech sectors. Foster understanding and recognition of Morph, a blockchain payments settlement layer, establishing a strong foundation for mutual cooperation.
  • Project Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential partners, advise on tailored cooperation proposals, and actively participate in the creation of collaborative programs. Facilitate effective communication to ensure seamless cooperation and maintain positive relationships with project partners.
  • Project Coordination and Monitoring: Support and coordinate the implementation of agreed-upon cooperation plans, and monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives, ensuring that the provider's interests are protected throughout the process.
  • Industry Networking and Resource Acquisition: Actively participate in both online and offline blockchain industry events.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto payment systems and payments domain, with experience launching successful crypto products.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience in negotiating and securing partnerships in the payments space
  • Proven track record and experience in finance and/or web3 payments companies
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in US, preferrbly New York
