Job Overview
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating demand for Hubbell Wireless solutions with integrators, consultants, and end users.The territory covers the New England area including: Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusettes, also New York and New Jersey. The preferred location for an incumbent to reside is Jersey City, NJ.
A Day In The Life
- Own Your Territory: Maximize time and resources to hit sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls with distributors, contractors, and end users.
- Channel Enablement: Train distributor teams to sell wireless solutions.
- Demand Generation: Create pull-through with Integrators and end users for Hubbell Wireless products.
- Present & Persuade: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with distribution and key influencers.
- Market Intelligence: Share insights on new products and competitive trends with leadership.
- Resource Hub: Provide technical details, literature, and cross-reference support.
- Leadership & Expertise: Exhibit strong selling skills, product knowledge, and time management.
- Sales Collaboration: Cross train on Hubbell Premise Solutions to identify Premise opportunities for Hubbell Premise Wiring.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably
- 3-5 years experience selling in the Wireless Industry
- Experienced selling through distribution and direct sales.
- Working remote
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
