Part-Time Custodian - Kansas Spine Hospital

City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated part-time custodian to join our team at Kansas Spine Hospital. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients.

Shift: Flexible hours available including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors.
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Restocking supplies in restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
• Ensuring that cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used safely.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
