Summary
The Enterprise Services Platform Manager will lead the strategy, deployment, and lifecycle of enterprise service technologies. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals while driving Agile practices, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT, program management, or relevant technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success managing large, multi-year enterprise programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience (10+ years).
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience successfully influencing stakeholders across all levels without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
  • A servant-leadership mindset with Agile team coaching experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred

  • PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Experience deploying complex enterprise systems.
  • Background in both manufacturing and service delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
  • Comfortable with travel and on-site presence for key meetings and milestones.

This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire or permanent onsite opportunity with our northern MN-based client.
