The effective role of this position is crucial to the smooth operation of our organization.

You should posses high confidence, the ability to be direct in your communication, especially if help is needed understanding an aspect of the role.

This is a fast-paced, full-time position Monday-Friday 730-5.

This position is for someone with very strong organizational skills and an upbeat friendly attitude.

This person has the ability to be friendly and welcoming as the first point of contact with potential customers while possessing the ability to be clear and direct when coordinating the field operation.

Below is a list of daily task preformed by this employee.

  1. All the incoming calls, texts and emails.

  2. Manage leads, the marketing team and the appointment setter.

  3. Scheduling estimates and follow up with upcoming scheduled appointments.

  4. Workforce management - checking clock ins/outs, job starts

  5. Scheduling techs in the field -

  6. Order tracking/receiving

  7. Requests made by CEO throughout the day. Emails, quotes, etc

  8. Manage our CRMs(Monday/Paint scout & OCD's High level/marketing/lead platform)

  9. We have a large tech stack to accommodate our growing organization and multitude of services.

  10. Maintain G Drive,

  11. Coordinate with Customers and Subcontractors

  12. Create and manage PO's for Subs=

  13. Oversee all field operations, oversee the Accounts Manager.
