Male Certified Peer Recovery Specialist sought for Grace Street, a recovery community org in Easton that serves the five Mid-Shore counties. We are a small, close-knit team looking for the right addition. We prioritize self-care, trauma-informed care, compassion and open-mindedness.

The ideal candidate will be fully abstinent for at least two years; be open to all pathways of recovery; be open-minded for harm reduction and syringe services; and be comfortable with an ever-changing environment and stay calm under pressure. We don't want drama, need someone who has integrity and is ethical (even when no one is looking). Lastly, good communication, conflict management and technology skills are important.

We provide a dynamic, flexible, safe environment with supportive supervision, career growth, with an open-door culture. Our operations focus on harm reduction, street outreach, getting people into treatment, peer support, social activities, and community building.

Peer hours run from 8 am until 10 p.m. with overnight peer phone duties as needed. Weekends and evenings are required. Please be a self-starter, while open to learn with humility and grace.
