Take Responsibility – The Position

As
Digital Media Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in driving Stokke's performance across Amazon in the U.S. and Canada. This role blends hands-on digital media execution with strategic oversight, working closely with Stokke leadership, global and regional ecommerce teams, creative partners, and Amazon's advertising services.

You will lead the development, activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media strategies across Amazon marketplaces and broader digital channels—including Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic/Shopping, Retail Media, and Performance-Driven Creative. With responsibility for day-to-day campaign execution as well as long-term strategic planning, you will help shape how Stokke shows up across the digital landscape and fuel sustainable growth across key regions.

Engage with Vision & Passion

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to develop and activate paid media strategies across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), Paid Search (Google Ads, Amazon AMS), Programmatic/Shopping (Google, Amazon DSP), and Retail Media (Roundel).
  • Lead the execution of digital retail media strategies for Amazon in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily management within Amazon Seller Central.
  • Execute Sponsored Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Video.
  • Stay informed on retail media platform updates, emerging tools, and industry trends—sharing relevant insights internally.

Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn

  • Develop keyword strategies, targeting approaches, and hypothesis-driven test plans.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance across KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, NTB, Share of Voice, and overall revenue performance.
  • Build and experiment with custom audiences using first-party data, CRM inputs, and marketplace tools.
  • Collaborate with marketplace sales teams to align media plans with inventory, promotional calendars, and key tentpole moments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Inventory Planning, Creative, Content, PIM, Sales, and Brand Marketing.

Optimize & Administer with Excellence

  • Create and refine SOPs for Amazon marketplace media management.
  • Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global digital guidelines.
  • Optimize campaigns toward strong ROI/iROAS performance benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for global and regional ecommerce stakeholders.
  • Support the Ecommerce Director with budget tracking and pacing.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to develop high-impact assets for use in paid campaigns.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

  • Work closely with Analytics COE and leadership to ensure unified methodologies and cohesive multi-channel measurement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging retail media across the full funnel.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver clear, concise reports with data-backed recommendations.

You bring a strong mix of technical capability, strategic thinking, curiosity, and a passion for performance marketing. You communicate clearly, manage complexity with ease, and love turning insights into measurable action.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Media, Paid Search, Ecommerce, Social Advertising, or media planning—with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and retail media ecosystems, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience with third-party ad-serving, reporting, and optimization platforms (e.g., CM360, Datorama).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify strongly preferred.
  • Experience with media/retail media tools such as Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, CommerceIQ, Teikametrics, or marketplace insight platforms (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Profitero, Stackline).
  • Amazon Advertising certifications (e.g., Foundations, Sponsored Ads, Optimization, Video) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to translate data into action.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and passion for digital innovation.
