  • Caregivers start at $ per hour base wage, depending on experience.
  • Shift differentials are offered for swing and NOC shifts.

We have two available full-time, benefit-eligible schedules to choose from:

  • Schedule 1: Friday through Monday Swing (2:00-10:30pm)
  • Schedule 2: Sunday through Thursday Swing (2:00-10:30pm)

Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.

Ideal candidates must have the heart and dedication for serving others, as well as:

  • Be committed to and passionate about customer satisfaction
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Be an outstanding team player
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent/ Be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating, with ability to communicate well
  • Ability to respect the confidentiality of all clients/staff
  • Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, volunteers, staff, and the general public
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable, ethical.
