Position Overview

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, technically hands-on web expert who can bridge front-end development, CMS architecture, and cross-functional team collaboration. You'll oversee CMS implementation and optimization across multiple platforms, manage technical processes, lead a small team of developers or freelancers, and serve as the point person for all web infrastructure and digital experience systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of websites built on Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress.

  • Lead CMS strategy, structure, and governance to ensure scalability and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain custom features and responsive front-end layouts (HTML, CSS, JS).

  • Oversee backend logic, plugin configurations, and API integrations (PHP, Liquid, , REST APIs).

  • Manage ongoing site performance, SEO optimization, and version control (Git).

  • Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution across the full stack.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and automation teams to support campaigns and UX updates.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for CMS processes, workflows, and deployment.

  • Supervise freelance developers or contractors as needed to deliver complex builds or upgrades.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years of full-stack development and CMS management experience across Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress.

  • Strong front-end and back-end technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid).

  • Experience leading CMS strategy, building custom templates/themes, and optimizing performance.

  • Familiarity with integrations and automation tools (Zapier, , Databox, Klaviyo, GHL, etc.).

  • Proven ability to manage web projects from strategy through execution.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO, accessibility, and web standards.

  • Experience managing or mentoring other developers is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team.

Pay: $1, $2,000.00 per month
