We believe in community and energy We offer 100% group workouts, wherein our Coaches take everyone on one heck of a ride for 50min in our Athletic Based Training sessions

As a Performance Coach at ISI Blue Bell, you will:

  • Lead groups of 15-32 people of all fitness levels

  • Recruit, hire, train, reinforce, acknowledge, lead, and grow with the staff.

  • You will ensure members use their membership through our bi-weekly accountability wherein you call, text, DM, etc select members 1-2x per week to ensure they use their membership and hit their goals. We use a software to message members all at once. It is the duty of the HPC to send all messages and follow up to the best of their ability and demand attendance to achieve goals

  • You will be responsible for all internal events (2-4/month) where we host to further create camaraderie and have fun with our members outside of gym clothes

  • Carry yourself at the highest level or professionalism and always walk in as THE source of energy for your facility

We will guide you, through virtual portals and hands on training, on how to be a Coach before you lead your first day truly begins We also send all HPC's to a week-long intensive training at our HQ in Charlotte to ensure you have the utmost success

From there, we will assist in helping you develop, execute and perfect your workouts, leadership, operations, etc. so no matter what day or time is, you blow the roof off the facility with your energy

Performance Coaches qualifications:

⁃ Great physical shape

⁃ Ability to hold a conversation (don't be a walking textbook )

⁃ Group training experience is highly desired, but not required.

⁃ Speak and lead small and large groups

⁃ Ability to be comfortable with correcting member form and pushing members past their limits in a safe and smart way.

⁃ Charisma highly recommended

⁃ Decent taste in music

- Minimum number of sessions per week and possible administrative hours for planning, reaching out to current members, recruiting and onboarding new members, event coordination, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour including bonus
