Digital Transformation Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Have Experience as detail-oriented and strategic Data Conversion Analyst to lead the assessment and planning of a large-scale data transformation initiative. This role will support the implementation of a new digital material management system integrated with Windchill PLM, by evaluating the feasibility and value of converting legacy product part data to enable full digital traceability.

2. Conduct a comprehensive business case assessment for legacy data conversion.

3. Analyse time, cost, and effort required for the transformation.

4. Evaluate technological options for automated or semi-automated data conversion.

5. Compare conversion costs with current manual retrieval methods (e.g., PFAS, MDR).

6. Estimate ROI and present findings to individual business units.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and product management.

8. Develop and present recommendations for investment decisions.

9. Support vendor selection or internal tool development if conversion is approved.

10. 5+ years of experience in data transformation, PLM systems, or digital traceability projects.

11. Strong understanding of Windchill PLM, material data management, and legacy system integration.

12. Experience in cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and process optimization.

13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

14. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., PFAS, MDR) is a plus.

15. Experience with Granta or similar digital material systems.

16. Knowledge of data migration tools and automation technologies.

17. Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 a Year
