As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, bringing your passion for food and creativity to life in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that every plate is a masterpiece that delights our guests. Your expertise in food preparation and safety will help us maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage
  • Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Participate in catering events, ensuring high-quality service and presentation
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or fine dining setting
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices and meal preparation standards

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience as a dietary aide or within the food service industry
  • Background in menu planning and catering services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
