Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to sanitary and storm sewer systems, water pipelines, and underground utilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, specifically with sanitary and storm sewer projects.
  • Strong knowledge of underground construction and utility management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
