As a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals at our practice with great hours 

This is a wonderful opportunity at our practice close to the Naval Academy, with a beautiful quaint community, hometown feel.

Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule:

3 Days A Week

Business Hours - Monday through Thursday 7:45am -5:00pm, 60 minute lunch break

Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
