Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Utilize VIN Solutions for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
- Strong skills in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity VIN Solutions or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Background in technical sales or outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
