Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service. This role requires an individual who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  • Utilize VIN Solutions for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity VIN Solutions or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Background in technical sales or outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
