We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will support program leadership in ensuring projects are executed smoothly and seamlessly and will own operational logistics across multiple teams. Project Managers assist with program-level reporting, own successful team onboarding, track and manage logistical work at the program level, and more. You will be a good fit if you have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively facilitate and help with program reporting, including creating artifacts, updating status reports, tracking milestones and action items, and collecting and reporting on program performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage team member onboarding and offboarding with a focus on consistent member onboarding experience and productivity by creating and maintaining onboarding documentation, facilitating CMS access, and identifying ways to improve the experience.
- Support program-wide communication systems, including scheduling and organizing large program meetings, creating decks and other documentation, and providing administrative support for team trips and events.
- Track and manage critical actions, program dependencies, and process improvements, ensuring individuals know what they are responsible for, and AIs are completed on time.
- Manage and maintain team rosters, email lists, and slack channels, ensuring the right personnel are added to large team meetings, and lists are updated as changes occur.
- Oversee all production support functions, including DevSecOps, production support engineering, and help desk operations.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and security of production systems and applications.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the support team, including coverage, on-call rotations, and performance objectives.
- Oversee incident response end-to-end—ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and trend analysis for root cause prevention.
- Partner with security and engineering teams to address vulnerabilities, apply patches, and meet compliance standards.
- Align production support operations and ITSM processes with broader program and organizational goals, regularly reviewing trends and recommending improvements.

Requirements
- All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. This requires candidates to either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System which will require that candidates have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a valid and non-expired passport from their country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- 5+ years' experience as an project or program manager, or equivalent role, working with software development teams in an agile environment
- 2+ years of experience and working in the federal/government contracting industry
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
- Salesforce Admin Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong proficiency in IT operations, including infrastructure, application support, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience managing communications in complex environments using messaging and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams.
- Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Desired Qualifications:
- SAFe Certification
- Experience supporting projects for data platforms and data solutions
Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a remote (or hybrid depending on the role and program) work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager. Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
