We're seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to drive our next-gen AI initiatives. You'll architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Crew.AI.
  • Develop and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs for diverse applications.
  • Build and integrate SQL Agents to enable natural language interaction with databases.
  • Drive the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment using Python.
  • Mentor a team of AI engineers and define technical roadmaps.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Agentic AI principles and frameworks (e.g., Crew.AI).
  • Proven experience with Generative AI models and LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
  • Experience designing and implementing SQL Agents for natural language to SQL conversion.
  • Solid understanding of ML Ops, cloud platforms, and scalable AI solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
