As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to situations as needed. Through routine patrols and a visible presence, you will foster a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will also play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and clear communication, supporting Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions or situations encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control and visitor management processes as instructed by site policies.
• Assist staff, visitors, and/or patients with questions and directions when needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders if required during incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid security-related guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
