Provide day-to-day leadership and support to assure effective management of the impact on Corporate Contract Sales customer agreements as suppliers/items move into active category management status. The scope of the position provides the foundation for accurate execution of customer agreements and bill-back processes related to net pricing and to maintain familiarity with the ongoing status of Catman categories. Additionally, act as a corporate resource for Catman questions; facilitate workload distribution; provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with all CatMan awarded suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely transition of contract customers' agreements to post-award methodology.
- Manages processes to assure bill-back procedures, forms, and workflow for suppliers, sourcing teams and Sysco Business Services is initiated and executed on a timeline basis
- Develops quick reference guides, resources, and webinars as needed to educate and guide suppliers and co-departments for further processing.
- Conducts training to Sysco Business Services teams performing day to day implementation of customer contract pricing and supplier bill backs.
- Confirmation of all pricing calculations/variables is compliant with the Bilateral Advanced Pricing Arrangement (BAPA).
- Confirmation of fixed bill-back calculations are accurate protecting Sysco's margin and capturing monies owed to Sysco.
- Liaison with actionable knowledge to recently awarded Catman suppliers, sourcing teams, supply chain, project support and customer development teams at Sysco Business Services.
- Provides expert cross-functional knowledge of pricing, category management exhibit A and Bilateral Advanced Pricing Arrangement (BAPA) for each category, Catman and business center teams, supply chain, sourcing teams, commercial finance teams, program development, category development, and customer development teams.
- Effectively manages escalated suppliers/issues.
- Build and maintain positive support and relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Reviews non-awarded supplier agreements and works with the supplier to ensure sourced items are removed on a timely basis post-award.
- Offers expertise and participates in resolving issues with other department's upper management
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Mentors provide coaching & guidance and act as a resource to junior associates.
- Provides guidance and supervision to junior sourcing agreements team members
- Manages workload allocations
- Delegates special projects/requests to junior team members.
- Provides input into performance reviews of junior sourcing agreements team members
- Provides input into hiring decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Some college required; degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years Sysco experience required, including 2 years in sourcing, pricing or contract sales.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear
- Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
