A growing transportation provider is currently seeking Class A CDL drivers based near Tacoma, Washington for a regional driving position. This role is a strong fit for newly licensed drivers or those with minimal experience who are ready to build a lasting career in trucking.

As a regional driver, you'll travel consistent lanes throughout the Western U.S., operate late-model equipment, and enjoy a predictable schedule with weekly home time. With a smooth onboarding process and support from an experienced team, you'll have the tools to succeed from the beginning.

Position Highlights:

  • Average weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,800, based on mileage and experience
  • Weekly home time
  • Routes cover Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and surrounding states
  • All freight is 100% no-touch – focus on driving, not loading
  • Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
  • Flexible shifts – daytime and nighttime schedules available
  • Paid orientation – all travel, lodging, and meals are covered
  • $300 onboarding bonus after completing orientation

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • No prior experience required, but a valid CDL-A is essential
  • Clean driving history preferred
  • Willingness to drive throughout the Western region
  • Must meet all DOT qualifications and company safety standards

Driver Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial tractor-trailer safely and efficiently over regional routes
  • Complete required vehicle inspections before and after trips
  • Accurately log hours using an ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
  • Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route updates and deliveries
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, FMCSA regulations, and company policies
