Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helper to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.

Duties

  • Assist in the fabrication of components and products as per specifications.
  • Support assembly line operations by assembling parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and forklifts effectively.
  • Ability to work on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to support colleagues in various tasks.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform manual labor as needed.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes within the workplace.
