Immediate Opening**

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can proactively manage field operations while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects from start to closeout.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per plans/specifications.
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; promote a strong safety culture on site.
  • Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and coordination meetings.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting schedule, quality, or cost.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, schedules, RFIs, and field documentation.
  • Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to communicate project status and field needs.
  • Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site cleanliness.
  • Mentor and guide field staff to support team development and performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale commercial builds.
  • Valid OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites.

Preferred:

  • Experience using construction management software.
  • Background in retail, office, or industrial commercial projects.
  • Strong track record of maintaining safe, organized, and productive job sites.
