Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Global Benefits Administration: Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, vendor management, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Global Mobility: Responsible for Immigration & Visa processing, Logistics & Project Management, coordinate Tax & Compensation matters, Policy Administration, Vendor Management and Employee and Manager Support.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with our COEs, People Business Partners, and other business leaders to ensure our operational framework enables our talent strategy.
