Hiring: Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Offering: $1,000 Signing Bonus + Flexible Hours

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, as directed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Support progress tracking through systematic data collection and basic analysis.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of behavioral-health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

  • Active Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Skilled in supporting data collection, interpretation, and basic analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% (preferred).

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $65.00, based on experience.
  • Hours: 10–40 hours per week, offering both part-time and full-time flexibility.
  • Work Location: In-person, South Florida region.
