Position Summary

As an MST Therapist, you will deliver Multisystemic Therapy services to consumers and families in their homes and community settings. You'll implement the MST model through individualized interventions, ongoing assessments, and collaborative treatment planning. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a passion for helping families thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans using the MST Analytic Process.
  • Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with MST principles.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment efforts.
  • Engage caregivers and key participants to ensure active involvement in treatment.
  • Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA) and CALOCUS assessments.
  • Participate in MST training, supervision, and team meetings.
  • Provide crisis response and support as needed (24/7 availability required).
  • Travel within the local community to deliver services in homes, schools, and other settings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 2+ years post-graduate experience, OR
  • Master's degree in a human services field with at least 1 year post-graduate experience, OR
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed professional (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA).
  • Knowledge of MST principles and social work practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Additional Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community travel.
  • Ability to respond to crises as needed (including evenings/weekends).
