Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as an Occupational Therapist Assistant PRN in Tampa Bay and Plant City, FL, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct therapeutic activities to improve clients' daily living skills.
- Monitor and document client progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
- Educate clients and families about therapeutic techniques and equipment use.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and progress.
- Adapt therapy activities to meet the needs and abilities of each client.
- Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients during therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Florida.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
