We are seeking a dynamic Home Care Agency Business Development Manager/Client Care Coordinator/Relationships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, have previous experience in healthcare business development , passion for the elderly or aging population, and deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive company's growth

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior communities

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction

  • Create presentations and proposals for potential clients and families

  • Implement revenue-enhancing strategies

  • Forge partnerships within the senior community

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field. (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grow the business, manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
