Class A CDL OTR Driver – Consistent Freight | Competitive Pay | Fast Processing

We are currently expanding our over-the-road division and seeking qualified Class A CDL solo drivers for long-haul reefer operations.

Our network is built on long-term shipper partnerships that ensure steady, year-round freight and predictable pay for every mile driven.

Position Summary

  • Operate nationwide OTR routes hauling temperature-controlled freight
  • Average 3,200–4,000 miles per week
  • Run independently with 24/7 operations support
  • No forced dispatch — routes assigned with driver input

Compensation

  • $0.65 per mile, paid on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
  • Average weekly gross: $2,000–$2,600+
  • Weekly payment via direct deposit (1099)
  • No holdback or pay delays
  • All miles available — no seasonal slowdowns

Equipment

  • Assigned 2021–2024 Freightliner and Volvo tractors
  • Equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and APUs
  • Regular preventive maintenance performed through certified vendors
  • Assigned unit policy – drivers keep their own truck
  • ELD and fuel solutions fully managed in-house

Schedule & Home Time

  • Typical OTR cycle: 3 weeks on the road, followed by reset
  • Return loads arranged in advance to minimize downtime
  • Routes available in most continental U.S. lanes

Onboarding

  • Expedited approval process — driver file typically processed within 24–48 hours
  • Paid orientation upon completion ($150)
  • Travel and lodging accommodations available if required
  • Paperwork streamlined for quick dispatch

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 2 years recent OTR experience
  • At least 6 months of refrigerated freight experience preferred
  • Satisfactory safety and employment record
