What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and assist with the control of entry and exit of personnel and vehicles as required by site protocols.
• Remain alert and observant while on patrol to identify and report any security-related concerns or hazards within the location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents or unusual occurrences.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the transportation location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
