We are seeking talented, outgoing individuals, dedicated to the guest experience. Possessing the desire and genuine want to elevate the guest's narrative you will be instrumental in ensuring an effortless stay from check in to check out.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible going the extra mile and doing whatever it takes to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Performs all guest accounting functions according to established hotel operating procedures to ensure all guest and house accounts are complete and accurate.
  • Adheres to all established credit and inventory control procedures to minimize exposure to loss of revenue.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, as well as the local area, and effectively assists guests.
  • Accurately executes cash handling procedures. Processes, posts, and settles financial transactions daily.
  • Demonstrates the use of sales techniques to effectively sell the property, maximizing occupancy and average rate.
  • Make hotel reservations. Ensuring availability, dates, and rates are clearly communicated with guest.
  • Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to inform, facilitate, and direct guest inquiries.
  • Understands and applies all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests.
  • Acts as manager on duty in the absence of the general manager.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years front office experience preferred.
  • Must possess strong organizational skill and the ability to multitask.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain positive demeanor in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to (10) pounds, unassisted
  • sit and/or stand for long periods
