Alder Pest Control is a locally owned, fast-growing pest management company serving communities across North Alabama. We're expanding our commercial division and are searching for a motivated Outside Commercial Sales Representative who's ready to help build lasting relationships with businesses throughout the region.
Position Overview
This is a growth-focused sales position designed for someone who thrives on independence, challenge, and opportunity. You'll be responsible for connecting with local businesses, identifying their pest management needs, and developing custom solutions that protect their facilities long-term.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across multiple industries.
- Conduct facility assessments and design tailored pest prevention programs.
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Work closely with our service and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent Alder with professionalism, honesty, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sales or business development (service or route-based industries a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to plan and manage your time.
- Comfortable using technology to track leads and organize activity.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- A long-term mindset — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a position.
