Pay: Lawn Care: $18–$25/hour (based on experience); Snow Removal: Starting at $25/hour

Looking for a career that keeps you active year-round? We're hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technicians. From sunny lawns to snowy lots, you'll be a key part of keeping our clients' properties clean, safe, and beautiful across the Chippewa Valley.

Spring–Fall Responsibilities (Lawn Care Season):

  • Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing residential and commercial properties
  • Fertilizer and weed control application (training provided)
  • Landscape clean-ups, bed maintenance, and general yard care
  • Safe operation and upkeep of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
  • Providing top-tier service and communication to customers and team members

Winter Responsibilities (Snow Season):

  • Snow plowing using trucks, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
  • Shoveling and snow blowing walkways and entrances
  • Spreading salt/deicer for safe pedestrian and vehicle access
  • Responding quickly during snow events (including early mornings, nights, and weekends)
  • Performing light maintenance and readiness checks on snow equipment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license (required for snow plowing positions)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal is a plus—but not required
  • Small engine mechanical background is a plus
  • DATCP Pesticide Certifications 3.0 & 5.0 a bonus
