The Product Development Manager will lead the creation and delivery of software integration solutions that connect access control, video management, and enterprise security systems. This individual will guide product direction, manage development efforts, and ensure that integration projects meet performance, scalability, and client requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product or project management, with at least 3 years focused on security system integrations or software development.
- Strong understanding of software integration methodologies, API frameworks, and system architecture.
- Experience with access control and video management platforms (Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integration practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Genetec or Lenel technical certification.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity standards and secure software practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development efforts for software integrations across access control, video, and security management systems.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on customer needs and business priorities.
- Partner with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Oversee agile development cycles and manage deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and manage integrations with platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, and Avigilon.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to company standards for quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance usability.
- Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve or expand product offerings.
- Provide post-launch oversight and drive continuous improvement through data and user insights.
