MatterHackers is looking for a self-driven Product Associate to help grow and manage our online catalog as a part of the Vendor Operations team. Our mission is to cultivate a world-class shopping experience where customers will discover and buy 3D printers and 3D printing supplies and to develop long-term partnerships with key brands in the industry.

The ideal candidate is analytical and detail-focused. In this role, you will be empowered to make decisions that will meaningfully impact the success of the company. Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory and replenish stock

  • Prepare pricing and market analyses for new and existing products

  • Sift through data to look for opportunities to increase category performance

  • Help identify opportunities to outperform revenue and profitability goals

  • Assist with vendor negotiations

  • Serve as an internal expert on our offering and industry trends

  • Work with the marketing department to choose the best products to feature for promotions

  • Help build processes around new activities that simplify the way we operate

  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be able to cut through ambiguity

What You Need for this Position

  • Solid Excel skills

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to cope with, and manage, ambiguity

  • Ability to track and manage details

  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial environment
