Project Management Specialist, Journeyman (EEOHSS)

Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking several Project Management Specialist, Journeyman to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full-time (Regular) Exempt (Salary) position located in Patuxent River, MD 20670.

As a valued member of the Enterprise Engineering, Operations, and Hosting Support Services (EEOHSS) team, you will play a key role in delivering state-of-the-art Information Technology solutions that support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Digital Networks & Applications (DNA) Department. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status, budgets, resources, and schedules

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:

• Three (3) or more years of experience performing work related to the roles/responsibilities listed above.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for this position (i.e., Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics / Management, or related derivative degrees).
• Associates degree plus two (2) years additional experience (5 total) may be substituted for BA/BS.
• High school diploma/GED plus four (4) years additional experience (7 total) may be substituted for BA/BS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

• Incumbent experience supporting enterprise hosting or data center/infrastructure operations related efforts within the NAWCAD and/or DNA.
• Experience within the TS Lift team.
• Active SECRET clearance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:

• The annual compensation range is $80,000 to $115,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.
• Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.

This position is contingent upon customer approval/funding.
