FoodeesFest is one of the nation's largest traveling food and culture festivals, hosting multi-day events in over 30 cities annually. From gourmet food trucks and artisan vendors to world-record rally attempts, FoodeesFest is more than an event — it's a community experience built on unity, hustle, and bold flavor.

We're seeking a sharp, energetic, and highly organized Sales and Booking Coordinator to help us manage vendor relationships, close sales, and ensure our events are packed with high-quality food trucks and artisans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and follow up with leads via Messenger, email, phone, and social platforms
  • Guide vendors through the application and booking process with accuracy and professionalism
  • Track outreach, responses, applications, payments, and confirmations using internal tools (Google Sheets, JotForm, Eventbrite, etc.)
  • Monitor active sales ads and report weekly conversion data to leadership
  • Assist in maintaining vendor compliance checklists, payment deadlines, and health/fire permit prep
  • Provide real-time support during load-in weekends (light field calls/texts as needed)
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs from booking to event execution

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years in sales, account management, booking, or customer service (event or festival experience = a big plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm but direct approach with clients
  • Detail-obsessed and able to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Facebook Business, Eventbrite, Trello, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure — especially when events are around the corner
  • Flexible hours and weekend responsiveness during event weekends (minimal, but important)

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked with vendors, markets, fairs, expos, or food truck events
  • Are familiar with Eventbrite, Square, Facebook Messenger automation, or social selling
  • Want to grow with a national brand making serious moves in 2025–2026
