What does this role look like?
This Visual Communications Associate Manager role provides first-line leadership for the Live Action team, ensuring accountability and the efforts of the team align to business priorities. They will manage more than one Visual Communications function, such as graphic design, motion design and 3D animation. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additionally, will be responsible for overseeing graphic production, high-end cinematic storytelling, and how compelling visuals are developed in a creative team workflow. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance the needs of various stakeholders.

This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Denver, Colorado , and be expected to work in the office.
