As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate written and/or verbal communication with Allied Universal management and site representatives.
• Support emergency response activities by coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
